The staff were cute they explained everything with such care. My room offered a comfortable bed and excellent lighting. I found the staff attentive to my needs throughout my visit. They ensured my stay was pleasant and satisfactory making me feel valued as a guest.
Finding a discount code for the Frenchgate car park proved a minor challenge the receptionist seemed unsure of the correct password.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was surprisingly spacious. i found the hotel's central location convenient for accessing nearby shops and restaurants (it made everything easier). the breakfast had plenty of options.
The lighting in the room was not ideal. I could not switch the hanging lights at the side of the bed separately.
